On February 11, Comrade Qian Yunlu was elected as the director of the Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Congress. On February 13, Comrade Yang Shanhua served as Chief Accountant of China Biotechnology Corporation and Comrade Miao Gengshu as Chairman of China Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation; Comrade Zhao Huxiang served as party secretary and director of China Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation; Comrade Chen Xiangdong Ren China Printing Group Company General Manager.
