体育教学中的各个环节和人的心理效有紧密的联系,因此从心理学的角度来促进体育教学的顺利开展有积极的意义。为了使高校公共体育排球课更适应学生的要求,激发学生上体育课的积极性、主动性,更好的完成公共体育课的教学目的和任务,把握体育教学课的心理影响因素,提高高校公共排球课的教学效果。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法依据排球选项课学习过程的内在要求,体育心理学的相关方面对促进排球技术的学习和情感的培养有良好的正面效应。
Physical education in all aspects and people’s psychological effects are closely linked, so from the perspective of psychology to promote the smooth development of physical education has a positive meaning. In order to make the college public volleyball class more adapt to the requirements of students, arouse students’ enthusiasm and initiative in physical education class, better accomplish the purpose and task of public physical education teaching, grasp the psychological influence factors of physical education class and improve the public volleyball Teaching effect of class. Based on the inherent requirements of the volleyball elective course learning process, this paper uses the literature data method and the logical analysis method. The relevant aspects of sports psychology have a positive effect on promoting volleyball learning and emotion cultivation.
