随着经济社会的不断向前发展,我国的物质基础得到了前所未有的进步,在这一大的时代背景下,人们的精神生活得到了巨大的释放。在社会管理层面,公众的需求得到了较大程度上的确认和满足,尤其是公众对信息的需求正以接近全开放式的状态得到社会的普遍关注。如何以此为契机,发挥政府机构、公共图书馆的能力,为公众、政府等提供更多的信息服务就成为一个重要的现实问题。本文以此为基础,以公共需求为视角,对公共图书馆的信息整合模式进行了综合分析,首先阐述了公众需求与政府信息服务之间的关系,然后从多个不同的角度,分析了我国公共图书馆在政府信息服务方面的特点和不足,最后在不同的层面上,给出了公共图书馆信息整合的可供借鉴的模式。
With the continuous development of economy and society, the material basis of our country has been making unprecedented progress. Under this great era, people’s spiritual life has been greatly released. At the social management level, the public’s needs have been largely confirmed and satisfied. In particular, the public’s demand for information is gaining widespread public concern in a state of near-total openness. How to use this as an opportunity to give play to the capabilities of government agencies and public libraries and provide more information services to the public and government have become an important practical issue. Based on this, this article makes a comprehensive analysis of the information integration mode of public libraries from the perspective of public demand. Firstly, the relationship between public demand and government information services is elaborated. Then from a number of different perspectives, Public library in the government information service characteristics and deficiencies, and finally at different levels, gives the public library information integration can learn from the model.
