耐流体侵蚀磨损是工业部门常见的一类磨损,也是当前材料科学工作者非常重视的一项课题。Warg,R.和Beck,,F.H.先生,以“用于船舶的无Ni-Cr新型不锈钢”为题发表在Metal Progress(1983,Vol.123,No.4)。文中主要研究了无Ni-Cr的Fe-Mn-Al-Si不锈钢,制造海洋船舶推进器,现介绍如下。为了节约铜,许多材料科学工作者,都在研究用合金钢代替铜合金制造船舶推进器,特别是海洋船舶的推进器,在大多数情况下都是选用Ni-Cr钢.但Ni,Cr合金元素不仅有战略上的重要性,而且价格昂贵。
Fluid erosion wear is a common category of wear in the industrial sector and is a subject to which material scientists attach great importance. Warg, R. and Beck, F.H., published in Metal Progress (1983, Vol. 123, No. 4) entitled “New Stainless Steel without Ni-Cr for Ships”. In this paper, the non-Ni-Cr Fe-Mn-Al-Si stainless steel, the manufacture of marine marine propulsion, are described below. In order to save on copper, many materials scientists are studying the use of alloy steel instead of copper alloy to manufacture ship propulsion, especially the marine propulsion, in most cases are selected Ni-Cr steel.But Ni, Cr alloy Elements are not only strategically important but also expensive.
