什么叫磁场焊磁场焊是指在一般电焊过程中(如埋弧自动焊,熔化极与非熔化极氩弧焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊、电渣焊等),外加一个或几个磁场,这种在磁场作用下的焊接过程,称为磁场焊。在焊接过程中,磁场的加入方式有多种,例如同轴磁场:磁场方向与电极同轴;横向磁场:磁场方向与焊接方向垂直;纵向磁场:磁场方向与焊接方向一致,以及辅助线圈的磁场等等。它们或是直流磁场或是交流磁场,在交流磁场中激磁电流可以是工业频率也可以是其他频率,应根据需要而定。
