我科于1980年3月至1985年6月,5年来共收治住院病人5,990例,其中65岁以上的老年患者744例,占同期总住院数的12.4%。现将其住院病种资料作如下分析,以供参考。资料来源与方法一、从1980年3月—1985年6月在我院内科、保健科住院病人中,选择病历资料完整、诊断明确的老年住院患者作为统计分析对象;在外科、妇科、五官、传染科住院的老年病人未收集在内。二、疾病分类系按全国卫生系统报表要求进行统计分类。资料分析一、性别与年龄:744例,男性362例(48.7%),女性382例(51.3%),男女之比为0.95:1;65—69岁237例(31.9%),
