变应性亚败血症(Subsepsis allergica)系一临床综合征。1943年Wissler首次报告,1946年由Fan-con命名为变应性亚败血症。欧洲医学文献称此症为Wissler-Fanconi综合征。国内1964年始见报道,此后有关本症的报道日渐增多,至1983年底止国内公开发表及内部医学资料共收集254例。为了解本症的临床特点及倾向性,现将国内公开发表的资料共223例作一综合,报道如下。 Subsepsis allergica is a clinical syndrome.
