目的:观察在儿童的恒牙龋齿窝洞中进行3M复合树脂填充治疗的长期临床效果。方法:选择在2009年5月至2009年11月经由我院口腔科收治的恒压龋齿患者110例次,将其随机分为两组即治疗组和对照组,其中对照组使用高强度的玻璃离子进行填充,实验组则采用3M复合树脂进行填充。治疗后进行病情随访3年,检测记录其填充物脱落情况、其病情缓解及复发情况结果:归纳总结资料显示在填充术后一年里,患儿的填充物脱落情况及病情转归情况无明显的差异(P>0.05),随着时间的推移,治疗后的第三年统计数据显示对照组的病情严重程度比治疗组明显高,数据比较有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:3M复合树脂对儿童恒牙的龋齿治疗有明显的临床效果,可以作为一种在临床推广的修复儿童龋齿的高效材料,有广泛的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the long-term clinical effect of 3M composite resin filling in children’s permanent tooth cavities. Methods: A total of 110 cases of patients with constant pressure dental caries treated in our department from May 2009 to November 2009 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with high-strength glass Ions were filled, the experimental group was filled with 3M composite resin. After treatment, the patients were followed up for 3 years. The exfoliation of the filling material was detected and recorded. The condition of the exfoliation and its recurrence were recorded. Results: The data showed that there was no significant change in the exfoliation of the filler and the condition in the patient (P> 0.05). With the passage of time, the third year after treatment showed that the severity of the disease in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: 3M composite resin has obvious clinical effect on dental caries treatment of children’s permanent teeth, and can be used as a highly effective material for repairing children’s dental caries in clinic. It has wide application prospect.
