本文给出用范成法加工的渐开线齿轮的齿形系数简捷计算公式及其推导。按危险截面形状(平截面和折截面)的两种假设及加工齿轮刀具的(齿条类和插齿刀类)两种不同方法,一共给出了四组公式。比较历来所用的迭代法和作图法求齿形系数,公式简单、易算,结果精确。这对非标准齿廓轮齿的弯曲强度计算尤为方便。按此法计算出的标准齿轮的齿形系数曲线图曾被“机械工程手册”采用,也在本文给出。
In this paper, the simplified formula of tooth profile coefficient and its derivation of involute gear with Fan Cheng method are given. According to two assumptions of dangerous cross-section shape (flat section and cross-section) and two different methods of machining gear cutter (rack and pinion cutter), a total of four sets of formulas are given. Compared with the iterative method and the plotting method, the formula of tooth profile is compared. The formula is simple, easy to calculate and the result is accurate. This is particularly convenient for flexural strength calculations for non-standard tooth profiles. According to this method of calculating the standard gear tooth profile curve was used “Mechanical Engineering Manual ” is also given in this article.
