目的分析中小学教师主要职业紧张反应类型及其主要影响因素。方法应用职业紧张调查问卷修订版(OSI-R)收集某市区2335名中小学教师职业紧张资料,用SPSS15.0进行多元逐步回归分析。结果中小学教师职业紧张反应以心理紧张反应为主,患病、工作环境、理性处事、任务界限、责任和任务不适等是其主要影响因素。结论确定中小学教师职业紧张反应主要类型及其影响因素,对于制定有针对性的干预措施以缓解中小学教师职业紧张有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the main occupational stress responses of primary and secondary school teachers and their main influential factors. Methods Occupational stress questionnaire revision (OSI-R) was used to collect occupational stress data of 2335 primary and secondary school teachers in a certain urban area. SPSS15.0 was used for multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results Primary and secondary school teachers’ occupational stress response was mainly psychological stress reaction. The main influencing factors were prevalence, working environment, rational work, task boundaries, responsibilities and task discomfort. Conclusion The main types of occupational stress responses in primary and secondary school teachers and their influencing factors are determined. It is of great significance to make targeted interventions to alleviate the occupational stress in primary and secondary school teachers.
