Since the second half of 2008, the macroeconomic situation has drastically declined. The international financial crisis has spread to the real economy. The production and operation of enterprises have encountered great difficulties. The market demand has continued to shrink. The world economy has begun to downturn. Major developed countries have fallen into recession. The economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region in our country slowed down
