1995 -0 1 ~ 2 0 0 0 -10, we have treated 22 cases of acute aortic dissection, and now its clinical diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 2 2 cases, 16 males and 6 females, aged 34 to 79 years, mean 516 years. Course of disease 3 ~ 10d. Hypertension in 11 cases, Marfan syndrome in 8 cases. 1.2 Clinical symptoms and signs of sudden severe chest pain, shoulder
