试验对菘蓝种子在不同浓度中性盐(Na Cl)、碱性盐(Na2CO3)和盐碱混合溶液(Na Cl+Na2CO3)条件下的萌发情况及生理指标进行了研究,以探求盐碱胁迫对菘蓝种子萌发的影响。结果表明:盐、碱及混合盐碱胁迫对菘蓝种子的萌发均有抑制作用,表现为发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数均随盐碱胁迫浓度的升高而降低;胚根长、下胚轴长及胚根鲜质量等均随盐碱胁迫浓度的增大而呈下降趋势;脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量随着处理浓度的升高而显著增大,危害程度随着处理浓度的增大而加剧。3种盐处理对种子萌发的抑制程度由大到小依次为碱性盐>混合盐碱>中性盐。
