把“吃”作为一部文学作品的对象来进行描写,实在少见,而在电影上,就更少有了。仅管我们曾看到过《满意不满意》、《小小得月楼》,可都只能说是与“吃”有关。影片《美食家》正是这样一部以“吃”来结构作品的作品。银幕上那一盘盘、一桌桌色、香、味俱佳的珍肴,实在让人垂涎三尺,赞叹不已。但影片绝非为写“吃”而写“吃”,而是把“吃”作为一面镜子,一面多棱镜,从中反映出一些既小,又大,既普遍现实,又耐人寻思的社会变革。
It is rare for us to describe “eating” as the object of a literary work, and even less in the film. Despite the fact that we have seen “unsatisfactory satisfaction” and “little moon tower”, we can only say that it is related to “eating”. The film “Gourmet” is just such a piece of work that “eats” the structured work. That plate on the screen, a table color, smell, taste delicious Jane dishes, it is coveted, amazed. Instead of writing “eating” for the sake of “eating,” the film uses “eating” as a mirror and a prism to reflect some social changes that are both small, big, universal, and thought-provoking.
