目的:对比分析我院麻醉药品的使用情况。方法:对我院2010、2011年和2015、2016年麻醉药品使用的数量、金额、DDDS、DDC进行对比和分析。结果:我院麻醉药品品种越来越多,方便医生选药;强阿片类药物在使用中占的比例大;其中2016年口服剂型的数量又比注射剂多;盐酸哌替啶的使用比例逐渐减小。结论:通过前后五年的使用情况对比,我院麻醉药品使用趋势是合理的,使用情况基本符合要求。
Objective: To compare the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital. Methods: The quantity, amount, DDDS and DDC of narcotic drugs used in our hospital in 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2016 were compared and analyzed. Results: There are more and more varieties of narcotic drugs in our hospital to facilitate doctors’ selection of drugs; the proportion of strong opioids in use accounts for a large proportion; the number of oral dosage forms in 2016 is more than that of injections; the proportion of pethidine hydrochloride used gradually decreases small. Conclusion: Through the comparison of five years before and after use, the trend of using narcotic drugs in our hospital is reasonable and the usage basically meets the requirements.
