食品安全关乎民生,食品违法有着不可估测的健康伤害。相比于其他违法,食品违法也有着更隐蔽的特性。食品违法隐蔽性原因较多,例如,制作者及食品消费者没能拥有对等的相关信息,食品检测及查验质量可选的现有技术也存在问题。若要有序防控多样的食品违法问题,必须强化各阶段内的食品监督工作,从严把控食品安全问题。基于以上内容,本文就当前发生的食品违法相关案例进行研究,总结违法根源并且采纳最合适的防控对策。
Food safety is about people’s livelihood, and food illegalities have unpredictable health damage. Compared to other illegal, illegal food also has more hidden features. There are many reasons for the unlawful concealment of the food. For example, the producer and the food consumer can not have the equivalent information, and there are problems in the prior art of the food testing and quality inspection. To orderly prevent and control a variety of illegal food issues, we must step up food supervision in all phases and strictly control food safety issues. Based on the above, this article studies the current illegal food related cases, summarizes the illegal origin and adopts the most suitable prevention and control measures.
