我区有24.5万人口,共有小学29所,初中8所。7—15岁学生29836名,其中残疾少儿377名,有36名在市盲哑学校读书,841名在本区辅读班和普通学校入学,占入学人数1.1%。几年来,面对这苦难的群体,区教育局为了解决社会的负担,加快“普及九年义务教育”步伐,在区政府的领导下按照义务教育法的规定,先后采取在邓府巷小学和锁金村第二小学设立辅读班,在区电大设立初中辅读班以及在普通小学随班就读等多种渠道,基本普及了残疾少儿的义务教育。我们是从以下四方面来贯彻义务教育法,加强特殊教育管理的。

We have implemented the law on compulsory education from the following four aspects to strengthen the management of special education.
