目的研究环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在子宫颈,子宫内膜和卵巢等正常组织与恶性组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫荧光法(IFA)分析宫颈鳞状细胞癌(12例),子宫内膜癌(13例),卵巢浆液性腺癌(9例)共34例病人的COX-2表达水平,并将其分为高度、中度、阴性表达3类。同时测定正常宫颈(14例),子宫内膜(15例)和卵巢(13例)等42例对照组的COX-2表达水平,用Fisher精确检验进行比较分析。结果宫颈正常组织COX-2表达高于宫颈癌的(50%vs23%),但无显著性差异(P=0.247);正常子宫内膜COX-2表达甚微(7%),而子宫内膜癌COX-2表达较高(69%,P<0.001);正常卵巢上皮组织COX-2不表达(0%),而卵巢浆液性囊腺癌COX-2表达率更高(89%,P<0.001)。结论与正常组织相比,子宫内膜腺癌和卵巢浆液性囊腺癌COX-2表达较高,但宫颈鳞状细胞癌COX-2表达较低。
Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in normal and malignant tissues such as cervix, endometrium and ovary. Methods The expression of COX-2 in 34 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (12 cases), endometrial carcinoma (13 cases) and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma (9 cases) was analyzed by immunofluorescence assay (IFA) Divided into high, moderate, negative expression of three categories. COX-2 expression levels in 42 normal controls (including 14 cases of endometrium, 15 cases of endometrium and 13 cases of ovary) were determined by Fisher’s exact test. Results The expression of COX-2 in normal cervical tissue was higher than that in cervical carcinoma (50% vs 23%), but no significant difference (P = 0.247). The expression of COX-2 in normal endometrium was very low The COX-2 expression in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma was higher (89%, P <0.001). COX-2 expression was higher in normal ovarian epithelial tissues (0% 0.001). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma is higher than that in normal tissue, but the expression of COX-2 is lower in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
