研究统计过程控制(SPC)技术在生产现场中的应用方法。以统计技术的理论和方法为指导,提出SPC在木地板制造质量管理中应用的策划要求,以实木复合地板制造过程中降低产品不良率为例,给出了具体的实施步骤和方法。研究结论对木地板生产制造企业采用新技术、新工艺、新材料和新方法提升产品质量水平和降本增益的实践有所帮助。
To study the application of statistical process control (SPC) technology in production sites. Guided by the theory and method of statistical technology, the paper puts forward the planning requirements of SPC in the quality control of wood floor manufacturing. Taking the example of reducing the product non-performing rate in the process of manufacturing parquet, the concrete steps and methods are given. The conclusion of the study is helpful to the practice of wood floor manufacturing enterprises to adopt new technologies, new techniques, new materials and new methods to improve product quality and reduce cost.
