在国际工程教育共识的教育理念的引领,中国制造2025发展的背景下,培养具有国际视野和双创(创新创业)能力的应用型的智能制造人才的基础是实践教学。本文以山西农业大学信息学院工程类专业人才培养为案例,从优化创新人才培养方案、健全实验教学资源库、搭建校企合作基地、推行CDIO毕业设计模式、创新实验项目和学科竞赛、完善保障体系等多方面分析和总结了基于创新创业能力培养的应用型人才的培养经验及启示。对高校工程类专业培养具有创新能力的应用型人才具有一定的借鉴意义。
Under the guidance of the educational conception of international engineering education consensus and the development of China-made manufacturing in 2025, the basis for training applied intelligent manufacturing talents with international vision and double innovation (innovation and entrepreneurship) is based on practical teaching. In this paper, Shanxi Agricultural University School of Information Engineering engineering talent training as a case, from optimizing the training programs for innovative personnel, improve the experimental teaching resources, build a school-enterprise cooperation base, the implementation of CDIO graduation design model, innovative experimental projects and academic competitions, improve the security system And other aspects of analysis and summarizes the training of innovative talents based on the ability and experience of enlightenment. It is of some reference to cultivate applied talents with innovative abilities in engineering specialty of colleges and universities.
