众所周知,人才是保证企业竞争优势的主要因素,因此做好人力资源的管理工作为企业留住优秀的人才,是每个企业都必须要做的事情。尤其是在医院行业,新形势下,医院要想保证竞争优势,必须要做好人力资源管理的工作,为医院留住人才,使其能够为我国市民提供更优质的医疗服务、为更多的患者解决身体上的疾病。因此本文对医院的人力管理工作进行研究和分析,探讨在新医改的形式下,医院如何做好人力资源管理工作,以供相关部门参考。
