21世纪经济报道2010-11-09报道:近日,环保部、外交部、国家发改委、科技部和国家质检总局等九部委联合出台了《关于加强二恶英污染防治的指导意见》,根据《指导意见》,二恶英作为主要特征污染物逐步纳入有关行业的环境影响评价文件中,并将在京津冀、长三角、珠三角等重点区域开展二恶英排放总量控制试点工作。
21st Century Business Herald 2010-11-09 Report: Recently, nine ministries including the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Prevention and Control of Dioxin Dishes, Guiding Opinions, "dioxins will gradually be included in the environmental impact assessment documents of relevant industries as the main characteristic pollutants, and pilot projects will be conducted for total dioxin emission control in such key areas as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.
