田径有着“运动之母”的美誉,是其他体育项目的基础,是我国高校体育教学中的重要内容。近年来,在“健康第一”的主导思想引领下,高校体育课程教学改革如火如荼。教学模式呈现出多元发展趋势,三自主教学、课内外一体化、体育俱乐部等教学模式各领风骚。随着快乐体育、成功体育等教学理念的不断深化,高校体育课程中的民俗项目、趣味项目、休闲时尚项目等课程内容越来越得到广大学生的青睐。可是,作为“运动之母”的田径课程却呈现出边缘化的发展趋势,逐渐淡出高校课程的内容体系。本文通过对我国普通高校田径教学中存在的问题进行深入的分析,并对高校田径教学改革及发展对策进行了探究,为我国高校田径教学改革提供参考。
Athletics has the reputation of “the mother of sports” and is the basis of other sports. It is also an important part of college physical education in our country. In recent years, under the guidance of the leading ideology of “Health First”, the teaching reform of physical education in colleges and universities is in full swing. The teaching model shows a multi-dimensional trend of development. Three independent teaching, integration of classes and outside, sports clubs and other teaching models each play a leading role. With the continuous deepening of the teaching philosophy of happy sports and successful sports, the content of the curriculums of folk custom items, fun items and casual fashion items in college physical education courses are increasingly favored by the majority of students. However, as the “mother of sports”, the track and field courses show the trend of marginalization and gradually fade out the content system of college courses. This article analyzes the problems existing in the track and field teaching in ordinary universities in our country, and probes into the track and field teaching reform and development strategy in colleges and universities to provide reference for track and field teaching reform in colleges and universities.
