近日,农七师党委针对团场基层政治工作薄弱的状况,出台了全面加强和改进基层政治工作的1o个意见和办法,旨在夯实全师经济和社会发展的基础,打造经济强师和文化大师的崭新形象。这10个意见和办法包括团场基层党支部建设、思想政治工作、文化建设、基层民主监督、农牧连队民主选举、基层干部党风廉政建设、连队社会治安综合治理、团场社区建设以及基层团组织建设等方方面面。如此系统而全面地对基层政治工作作出部署,在兵团各个师还是第一例。基层政治工作的对象是广大职工群众,基层政治工作的根本是让职工群众受益,这是基层政治工作的永恒主题。加强和改进基层政治工作,就是要着眼于广大职工群众,着眼于解决基层政治、经济、社会生活中的主要矛盾和突出问题,最终实现广大职工群众的根本利益。简而言之,就是一切为了职工群众,一切依靠职工群众,诚心诚意为职工群众谋利益,使职工群众尽快富裕起来。
