1988-1991年,我国月度工业总产值的增长率,经历了由高增长到下降、再由低谷徘徊到回升的波动过程。全国各地区月度工业总产值的增长率也经历了同样的波动过程;但具体看,则呈现出极不平衡的波动格局。本文根据1988年1月-1991年9月期间各地区月度工业总产值比上年同月的增长率数据,首先对各地区波动的不平衡格局进行定量的状态描述,然后分析其原因,最后给出相应的政策含义。
From 1988 to 1991, the growth rate of China’s monthly gross industrial output value experienced a process of fluctuations from high growth to decline and then from low to recovery. The growth rates of the monthly gross industrial output in all regions of the country also experienced the same process of fluctuations; however, in the specific case, the pattern of fluctuations was extremely unbalanced. Based on the data of the monthly industrial output value of all regions from January 1988 to September 1991, comparing with the growth rate of the same month of last year, this paper firstly quantitatively describes the unbalanced pattern of regional fluctuations and then analyzes the reasons and finally gives the The corresponding policy implications.
