在选矿生产中,为了提高金属回收率等经济指标,操作工经常需要调整各种工艺条件。为此,需要定期由人工或用机械方法在规定的取样点取出足够量并具有代表性的旷浆样品,经过制备,送化验室进行化学分析。五十年代期间,国外主要用化学分析方法。这种方法的优点是精度高,但致命的缺点是分析时间长,通常1~2个小时后才能出结果,不能及时指导生产,只能事后起到一个参考作用,仍然避免不了金属流失。在这种情况下,急需研制一种流程分析仪器,能快而准确地在线分析各取样点的矿浆样品中的有用金属含量,以利操作工及时调整各种工艺条件。
