In this paper, the changes of total lipid, protein, carbohydrate and water in trachea, lung and heart of Funambulus pennanti exposed to three kinds of high concentration gases (GO, SO 2 and NO 2) were reported. 20 squirrels (average body weight 90 g) were divided into four groups, each of the squirrels in the first group was exposed to 500 ppm of CO_4 minutes in the environmental chamber; in the same manner, the second group of squirrels of the same concentration was inhaled SO_2; Three groups inhaled NO 2; the fourth group as control group, inhaled filtered air.
