目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)表达情况并探讨其表达意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌组织、32例正常子宫内膜组织(癌旁组织)中MMP-9和AEG-1的表达情况,分析子宫内膜癌组织中MMP-9和AEG-1表达与临床病理指标的关系及MMP-9与AEG-1在子宫内膜癌组织中表达相关性。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MMP-9和AEG-1表达定位于细胞质中,其阳性表达率分别为71.67%(43/60)和78.33%(47/60),两者在子宫内膜癌旁组织阳性表达率分别为21.88%(7/32)和28.13%(9/32),MMP-9和AEG-1在子宫内膜癌组织中阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05);MMP-9和AEG-1的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P均<0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中MMP-9和AEG-1表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9和AEG-1在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and astrocyte upregulated gene-1 (AEG-1) in endometrial carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expressions of MMP-9 and AEG-1 in 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissues (paracancerous tissues) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expressions of MMP-9 and MMP-9 in endometrial carcinoma And the relationship between AEG-1 expression and clinicopathological parameters and the expression of MMP-9 and AEG-1 in endometrial carcinoma. Results The expression of MMP-9 and AEG-1 in endometrial carcinoma was localized in the cytoplasm. The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and AEG-1 in endometrial carcinoma were 71.67% (43/60) and 78.33% (47/60), respectively. The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and AEG-1 in endometrial carcinoma were 21.88% (7/32) and 28.13% (9/32) respectively, which were significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P < 0.05). The expression of MMP-9 and AEG-1 was correlated with the degree of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathological stage (all P <0.05). The expression of MMP-9 and AEG-1 in endometrial carcinoma was positive Related (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and AEG-1 is highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma and closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
