海底输送原油、天然气和注海水管道的铺设是项投资巨大的永久性工程,一般要求管道在不加维修的情况下能够保护20年以上。但在腐蚀十分苛刻的海洋环境中,欲使其达到安全服役20年以上,必须搞好管道的内外防腐蚀工作。 根据渤海海上油气田多年开发的实践,本文综合地叙述了渤海海上油田输送原油、天然气、海水的不同类型海底管道的外防腐蚀涂层、立管及其护管的涂层、补口涂层材料的制作、施工技术、质量控制要求;采用铝—锌—铟系牺牲阳极的设计、制造、安装、检验等有关技术问题;防止原油、天然气、海水中的腐蚀性介质对海底管道内壁腐蚀所应用的方法。同时,本文也提出了海底管道防腐蚀设计、建造、施工中所采用的有关国际规范与标准。

At the same time, this paper also put forward the relevant international norms and standards adopted in the design, construction and construction of anti-corrosion of submarine pipelines.
