硫代米蚩酮—溴代十六烷基吡啶胶束增溶吸光光度法测定金

金的光度法测定,硫代米蚩酮(TMK)-萃取法的灵敏度较高,但不稳定,同时萃取剂气味难闻。近年采用活性炭分离富集金,加入表面活性剂改善金-硫代米蚩酮反应性能的水相光度法已有报道。本文利用溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)对金-硫代米蚩酮(TMK)络合物增溶增敏作用,在pH 3左右的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲介质中显色,波长550nm处络合物摩尔吸光系数为1.6×10~5,检出限为0.004μg·ml~(-1)。金量在0~20μg·25ml~(-1)符合比耳定律,其稳定性比已报道的更佳。文中用泡沫塑料柱动态分离富集金,拟定了矿石中金的分析方法。 The photometric determination of gold, TMK - extraction method of high sensitivity, but not stable, while the extractant smell unpleasant. The sensitization was performed at pH 3 in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer medium, The molar absorption coefficient of the complex was 1.6 × 10 ~ 5, the detection limit was 0.004μg · ml ~ (-1). The gold content of 0 ~ 20μg · 25ml -1 conforms to Beer’s law, and its stability is better than that reported.
