印尼只有一种由本国红十字会法定实施的志原献血制度,实行集中化政策。实践证明这是有用且有益的。问题是良好的管理需要3个因素,即人力、财力和物力。一、人力:包括主任医师、医护人员、管理、后勤、公关及其他人员。在发展中国家,主要问题是如何得到一个既有献身精神又有领导才能的主任。由于报酬、地位和职业的安全性等原因,多数医生对从事输血工作不太感兴趣。因此有时只好接受退休的医务人员担任主任。寻求其它医务人员也存在类似问题。在这种情况下,我们的责任是为全体人员提供继续教育的机会、额外的便利和津贴以及实现其理想的机会,以保持他们的献身精神。二、财力:输血机构的经费用于两个方面,即用
In Indonesia, there is only one system for blood donation that is legally implemented by the National Red Cross Society and a centralized policy is implemented.
