目的提高死因监测质量,确保死因填报的准确性。方法通过回顾调查,对某三甲医院2008—2011年死亡医学证明书和网络直报信息中存在的问题进行分析。结果 4年间该医院死亡病人1 712人,总漏报率为1.0%,总迟报率4.7%,死因判断正确率为95.0%,死因编码正确率为93.5%,死因不明占死亡报告总人数的2.4%。2008年填报错误率最高。结论应对相关人员继续培训,以提高死亡医学证明书的填报质量。
Objective To improve the quality of the cause of death monitoring to ensure the accuracy of the cause of death. Methods By reviewing the survey, we analyzed the problems existing in the death medical certificate and online direct reporting information of a top three hospital from 2008 to 2011. Results A total of 1 712 deaths were recorded in the hospital during the 4 years. The total missing rate was 1.0%, the total rate of false negatives was 4.7%, the correct rate of death was 95.0%, the correct rate of cause of death was 93.5%, and the cause of death was unknown. 2.4%. Fill the highest error rate in 2008. Conclusion The relevant personnel should continue training to improve the quality of the dead medical certificate.
