自从70年代以来,白血病的治疗进展迅速,新的有效药物不断问世,联合化疗、免疫治疗、中医中药以及骨髓移植等新疗法的开展,使五年以上长期存活的病例高达25%以上,前景令人鼓舞.而早期诊断和早期治疗乃是取得完全缓解,进而争取长期存活的关键.本文分析我院自1966年至1984年间收治飞行人员白血病12例,着重分析早期诊断问题,总结经验,做好部队卫生保障工作.
Since the 1970s, rapid progress has been made in the treatment of leukemia and new and effective drugs are constantly emerging. The combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and bone marrow transplantation and other new therapies have resulted in more than 25% of long-term survival of more than five years.
