项目型企业的知识主体和知识客体具有许多与一般生产性企业不同的特点,并且其知识转化过程更为复杂。基于传统SECI模型的思想,结合项目型企业的特点对其知识转化过程进行深入分析,并由此构建得到一个新的项目型企业知识转化模型。该模型分别从知识主体和知识客体两个角度详细阐明了项目型企业知识转化的实现过程。该模型对项目型企业改善其知识转化工作具有一定的促进作用。
The knowledge-based and knowledge-based of project-based enterprises have many characteristics that are different from those of general productive enterprises, and their knowledge transformation process is more complicated. Based on the idea of traditional SECI model, this paper analyzes deeply the process of knowledge transformation based on the characteristics of project-based enterprises, and builds a new knowledge transformation model of project-based enterprises. The model elaborates the realization process of knowledge transformation of project-based enterprises from two aspects of knowledge subject and knowledge object respectively. This model can promote the knowledge-based transformation of project-based enterprises.
