目的:建立苁蓉通便口服液中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量测定的HPLC方法。方法:用ZOR- BAX Eclise XDB-C18柱(150mm×4．6mm,5μm,乙腈-水(21:79)为流动相,检测波长:320 nm,流速:1．0 ml·min-1。结果:在0．2-1．2μg,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0．999 8(n=6)。平均回收率97．7％,RSD为1．1％。结论:本法精密度高,重现性好,专属性好,简便快捷,可作为本品质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in the Zhirong Tongbian oral liquid. METHODS: A ZOR-BAX Eclise XDB-C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm, acetonitrile-water (21:79) as mobile phase, detection wavelength: 320 nm, flow rate: 1.0 ml·min-1. : In 0.2-1.2 μg, the linear relationship between concentration and peak area was good, r=0.999 8 (n=6), the average recovery rate was 97.7%, RSD was 1.1%.Conclusion: This method is precise High degree, good reproducibility, good specificity, simple and quick, can be used as the quality control method of this product.
