In the past, many scholars used the traditional tissue slicing method in this aspect. Engstrm et al (1966) observed the inner ear nerve epithelial tissue state using the cochlear flap method, the author of guinea pig occlusion of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery, using the laying method to observe the damaged parts and extent of the spiral. Experimental purposes, to prove one of the sources of Meniere’s disease is due to the inner ear blood circulation disorders. 41 young and healthy guinea pigs as experimental subjects, the preparation of animal specimens, according to Engstrm’s method described. Animals were sacrificed at 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 hours and 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 14, 21 and 28 days after surgery respectively.
