[目的]水杨羟肟酸(SHAM)是一种旁路氧化酶抑制剂,试验以柑橘青霉菌、柑橘绿霉菌、柑橘炭疽菌作为对象,研究SHAM是否对Strobilurin类杀菌剂具有增效作用。[方法]采用生长速率测定法和考马斯亮蓝法。[结果]当含有醚菌酯或肟菌酯的培养基中分别加入100 mg/L的SHAM后,醚菌酯和肟菌酯对3种病原真菌的EC50值分别下降93.4%、95.7%、99.6%和55.6%、28.1%、67.9%(P<0.05),3种病原菌的菌丝体内可溶性蛋白含量也明显降低(P<0.05)。结果表明SHAM对醚菌酯或肟菌酯的抑菌活性具有增效作用。
[Objective] Hydroxamic acid (SHAM), a by-pass oxidase inhibitor, was used to study the effect of SHAM on Strobilurin fungicides by using citrus fruits, citrus green molds and citrus anthracnose as test objects. [Method] Growth rate determination and Coomassie brilliant blue method were used. [Result] The EC50 values of both kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin against the three pathogenic fungi decreased by 93.4%, 95.7% and 99.6%, respectively, when 100 mg / L SHAM was added to the medium containing kresoxim- % And 55.6%, 28.1% and 67.9%, respectively (P <0.05). The contents of soluble protein in mycelium of three pathogens also decreased significantly (P <0.05). The results showed that SHAM had a synergistic effect on the bacteriostasis activity of kresoxim-methyl or trifloxystrobin.
