面授辅导是保证电大教学质量的一个重要教学环节。要想保质保量地完成教学任务,面辅课的教师,必须做到“吃透两头”。所谓“吃透两头”,即一头是指深入钻研教学大纲、教材,以及主讲教师讲授的内容和要点;另一头是指深入了解学生的实际。只有“吃透两头”,再采用适当的教学方法,教学效果才会好,教学质量才能高。如在备课时,吃不透“两头”,一味追求教学法的改进和新颖,结果总是徒劳的。本文以个人教学的体会,略谈一、二。 一.深入钻研教学大纲、教材,熟练准确地掌握主讲教师的讲授内容和要点。 教学大纲是教学工作的大法,是时刻不能离开的指导文件。备课时,教师一定要反复钻研大纲的内容 Face to face counseling is an important teaching link to ensure the teaching quality of TV University.
