中国对于生态文明的理解往往是如何处理人与自然环境、工业环境的矛盾关系,而对于文化生态、社会生态缺乏关注,即人与人之间、人与社会之间的矛盾关系。生态文明内涵中的自然维度(人与自然)的一些理念要过渡到人文维度(人、人、社会)之中,这对于北京城市精神的理解是一个重要补充。我们可从“公平—包容”、“协作—创新”这两个脉络论述生态文明的内涵与北京精神的关系。
China’s understanding of ecological civilization is often how to handle the contradictory relationship between man and the natural environment and industrial environment. However, there is a lack of attention to the cultural ecology and social ecology, that is, the contradiction between people and between people and society. Some ideas of the natural dimensions (human and nature) in the connotation of ecological civilization should be transferred to the humanities (people, people and society), which is an important complement to the understanding of Beijing’s urban spirit. We can discuss the relationship between the connotation of ecological civilization and the spirit of Beijing from the two contexts of “fairness-tolerance”, “collaboration-innovation”.
