近年来对核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)的研究表明,核仁组成区(NOR)的变化与细胞增殖有密切关系,已被广泛用于肿瘤的研究并作为鉴别良性与恶性肿瘤分级时的一项新指标.本文对100例患者的骨髓涂片进行了AgNOR染色,现将结果报告如下,并探索其临床应用价值.
