律师:您好!我在一家国有企业的一线车间工作,已经连续工作了5个年头。今年6月开始,我觉得身体一直不太好,经常乏力头昏,为此我请了数次病假。时间一长,车间的领导认为我不能胜任一线工作,就把我调到了厂食堂上班。但是,我还是觉得身体不适,又请了几次假。最后,单位领导以我无法胜任工作为由和我解除了劳动合同。解除合同后大概1周,我到医院去检查身体,发现我已经怀孕2个多月了。
