对54肺原性心脏病(肺心病)和7例对照组的尸检分析,认为慢性支气管炎(慢支)、肺气肿、支气管扩张(支扩)和肺血管床减少(肺纤维化)是导致肺动脉高压产生肺心病的主要原因,而肺结核病也是引起肺心病的重要因素。并认为肺心病的心脏病理诊断标准是:①心脏重量≥300g;②右心室壁厚≥0.5cm;③右心室腔扩张。“节瓣距”、右心室外弧长、肺动脉瓣和三尖瓣的周长均可作为右心室腔扩张的指标。
An autopsy analysis of 54 patients with pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease) and 7 controls concluded that chronic bronchitis (chronic bronchitis), emphysema, bronchiectasis (bronchiectasis), and pulmonary vascular bed reduction (pulmonary fibrosis) were Pulmonary hypertension leading to pulmonary heart disease the main reason, and pulmonary tuberculosis is also an important factor in causing pulmonary heart disease. And that the diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease pathological criteria are: ① heart weight ≥ 300g; ② right ventricular wall thickness ≥ 0.5cm; ③ right ventricular cavity expansion. “Sectional valve spacing”, right ventricular outside arc length, pulmonary valve and tricuspid valve circumference can be used as an indicator of right ventricular dilatation.
