采用分子生物学手段,对从国内品种中选育出的两套洋葱细胞质雄性不育系进行了细胞质类型的鉴定,并用189个RAPD引物分析了不育系和相应保持系之间的多态性。结果表明,来自品种‘沙沟红皮’的不育系为T型细胞质类型,从‘朔州紫皮’中选育出的不育系为S型细胞质。对这两套近等位基因系的基因组随机扩增结果显示,与T雄性不育系相比,S型不育系与其保持系基因组之间有更多的差异。
Molecular cytoarchitecture was used to identify the cytoplasm of two sets of onion cytoplasmic male sterile lines selected from domestic varieties. The 189 RAPD primers were used to analyze the polymorphism between male sterile line and its maintainer line . The results showed that the male sterile lines derived from ’Shagou red peel’ were T-type cytoplasm and the male sterile lines selected from ’Shuozhou Zippi’ were S-type cytoplasm. The results of random amplification of these two near-allelic genomic lines showed that there was more difference between S-type CMS and its maintainer genome than T-type CMS.
