以甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度CO2对其生长发育、产量与品质的影响。结果表明:CO2加富(700μL/L(处理Ⅰ)、900μL/L(处理Ⅱ)、1 100μL/L(处理Ⅲ)、1 300μL/L(处理Ⅳ))增加了幼苗干重,利于培育壮苗。与对照干物重(0.87g)相比,甜瓜幼苗CO2加富30d后,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ全株干物重分别达到1.12、1.29、1.59、1.65g;壮苗指数分别为0.211、0.235、0.281、0.293。CO2加富提高了甜瓜产量和果实含糖量,增加了糖酸比,产量增幅达36.37%~83.12%。
The effects of different concentrations of CO2 on the growth, yield and quality of cucumber (Cucumis melo L.) seedlings were studied. The results showed that CO2 enrichment (700μL / L (treatment Ⅰ), 900μL / L (treatment Ⅱ), 1 100μL / L treatment Ⅲ and 1300uL / L treatment Ⅳ increased the dry weight of seedling, seedling. Compared with the control dry weight (0.87g), the dry weight of whole plant of treatments Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ reached 1.12, 1.29, 1.59 and 1.65g respectively after the seedlings were enriched with CO2 for 30 days. The strong seedlings index were 0.211 and 0.235 , 0.281,0.293. CO2 enrichment increased melon yield and fruit sugar content, increased sugar acid ratio, the output increased by 36.37% to 83.12%.
