以中国经济新常态为背景,运用描述性统计、皮尔逊相关分析和回归分析从经济新常态特征、经济全球化和区域化、大数据和互联网经济时代到来,以及企业自身发展需求等角度出发分析了企业需加强人力资本投入的原因,同时运用马斯洛需求层次理论和奥尔德弗的ERG理论探析了员工自身发展和自我实现的需求。进而探讨了企业需加强人力资本投入的原因包括经济新常态的需求、国家高素质人力的缺乏的需求、企业技术创新的需求、企业经济发展的需求、企业员工发展的需求、职业经理人问题、经济全球化、区域化发展的需求,以及大数据和互联网经济发展的需求。

Then, the reasons why enterprises need to strengthen human capital investment are discussed, including the demand of new normal economy, the lack of national high-quality manpower, the demand of technological innovation, the demand of economic development, the demand of staff development, the professional manager, Economic globalization, the need for regional development, and the need for big data and the development of the Internet economy.
