本文运用弹性理论建立起了精确形式的轴的扭振模型,运用传递矩阵结合信号流程图的方法分析了齿条双齿轮机构的动态特性,同时对其薄弱环节进行了分析。C84100B轧辊车床设计中采纳了本文的结论。
In this paper, the exact form of shaft torsional vibration model is established by using elastic theory. The transmission matrix and signal flow diagram are used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the rack and pinion mechanism. At the same time, the weak links are analyzed. C84100B roll lathe design used in this article’s conclusions.
