四月 4月4日上午,英国大使馆向我馆无偿赠送投影电视的仪式在我馆举行。英国大使艾博雅先生及使馆官员、馆长任继愈、副馆长孙承鉴及有关工作人员和读者50余人参加了赠送仪式。 4月4日至5日,经第六次馆长办公会议研究决定,我馆对书目文献出版社、保卫处、离退休干部处导部分机构作了调整和变更。 4月10日至12日,第七次馆长办公会议讨论认为,北图应全面履行国家图书馆职能,积极开展图书馆学研究与辅导的业务,要做好对各类型图书馆(重点是公共图书馆)的业务辅导工作。会议拟定了此项工作的基本原则。会议决定,今后我馆凡在图书馆学界开展辅导工作,应由参考辅导部牵头,会同有关业务部处一起组织实施,以确保辅导工作有较高的学术性和业务理论水平。
