全面建设小康社会是一个综合性的奋斗目标,是一项复杂的系统工程。如果没有农村的小康,就不可能实现全社会的全面小康。而农村小康目标的实现,很大程度上得益于外出务工者所创造的劳务性收入。广大农民已经把外出就业当成了增加收入的重要渠道。然而,当前社会上对农民工的认识还存在一定的误区,侵害农民工合法权益的现象也是屡见不鲜。如何维护农民工的合法权益,作者提出了自己的一些见解。 Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is a comprehensive goal of struggle and a complicated systematic project. Without the well-to-do society in rural areas, it will be impossible to achieve an overall well-to-do society as a whole. The realization of the well-off goal in rural areas has largely benefited from the service income created by migrant workers. The majority of peasants have already considered going out for employment as an important channel for increasing income. However, there are still some misunderstandings about the awareness of migrant workers in the current society. It is not uncommon for the law to encroach on the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers. How to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, the author put forward some of his own views.
