随着“课内比教学”活动的蓬勃开展,学校教研活动也如火如荼的进行着。但是,在活动中也存在很多不足,如目标不够明确,随意性较强,存在自由化;教研内容肤浅,针对性较弱,存在表层化;不注重方法,教研质量不高,存在形式化……教研活动如何做到既丰富多彩,又提高教学研究的科学性和有效性?笔者认为“同课异构”不失为一种好办法。

However, there are also many shortcomings in the activities, such as the goal is not clear enough, randomness is strong, there is liberalization; teaching and research content is superficial, weakly targeted, there is a superficial; do not pay attention to methods, teaching quality is not high, there is formal ... ... teaching and research activities how to achieve both rich and colorful, but also improve the scientific and effective teaching and research? I believe that “heterogeneous ” is a good way.
