1987年9月29日省档案局召开学习、宣传、贯彻《中华人民共和国档案法》座谈会。省人大常委会秘书长李文辉同志到会指导。省档案局局长刘汝茂同志主持会议。参加会议的有省级各档案馆、省级机关各协作组、驻兰单位档案部门的同志,省人大常委会法制室副主任石怀川同志和省人民政府办公厅法制处、省司法厅的同志共25人。现将部分发言摘要如下:张占春(省建筑工程总公司档案科科长):
On September 29, 1987, the Provincial Archives Bureau held a seminar on studying, publicizing and carrying out the “Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China”. Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee Secretary-General Li Wenhui to guide the meeting. Provincial Archives Director Comrade Liu Rumao chaired the meeting. At the meeting, there were provincial archives, provincial agencies and collaborating groups, comrades from archives departments in the unit of Lanzhou, the deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, Comrade Shi Huachuan and the Provincial People’s Government General Office, 25 people.
